WFC Captain's Notes :
- The competitions will be run with poule matches of up to 5 hits and DE's will be to either 10 or 15 hits, depending on the number of entries.
- You will be able to sign up for the competition on the day.
- If a competition has a turnout lower than 8, we will run a poule unique.
- The poules will commence by 19:15. Ideally, we would like to be starting the DE's at 20:30 latest.
- Please arrive by 19:00 promptly if you wish to participate. If you turn up after 19:15, though you will be able to compete, you'll likely have to fight multiple matches in a row and may not be able to complete all of your matches before the DE's need to begin.
- The trophies and medals will be awarded to those who place highest and are WFC members. Non-members can participate (for the fun of fencing), though they will not be eligible for the awards.
- The award ceremony will take place in July.
