Adult Intermediate Fencing Course

Wimbledon Fencing Club is offering a fencing course to bridge the gap between the ‘beginner’ and more advanced stages of fencing experience.

Times

Wednesday evenings from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Cost

£60.00. Cheques must be payable to "Wimbledon Fencing Club".

Insurance

This is provided through membership of the British Fencing Association. Social membership (the minimum requirement) can be arranged through the Club at an additional cost of £10 per annum.

Equipment

Club equipment will be available during the first four weeks of the course only. Participants are required to provide all their own after that date. A limited stock of Club equipment is usually available for hire until the end of term, and we will promote the sale of second-hand equipment within the Club.

Participants should wear a short-sleeve T-shirt, stretchy (track-suit) trousers, and trainers (with clean, light-coloured soles). There are good changing facilities and showers. There is a drinking-water vending machine on the premises, although fencers are advised to bring their own bottled (still) water for convenience.
